Orders are requests until confirmed
Submitting a form does not by itself create a completed sale or guarantee stock. YardGrid confirms availability, delivery arrangements, any delivery cost and payment instructions before payment.
Prices and product information
Displayed prices, stock status, specifications and other product information are intended to reflect current approved information but remain subject to confirmation before payment. Manufacturer specifications may be updated.
Payments
Customers pay YARDGRID JAMAICA LIMITED directly. Independent agents are not authorized to receive customer payments or create unapproved discounts, credit arrangements, payment plans, free items or extended warranties.
Delivery
Delivery is available at cost. The applicable delivery arrangement and charge, if any, are confirmed before payment.
Product use
Customers are responsible for using products within their rated limits and according to manufacturer instructions. Site content is general product information and is not a substitute for qualified electrical or technical advice where such advice is required.
Warranty and after-sales
The current customer warranty is a 7-day swap plus a 30-day limited warranty, subject to the applicable terms and the current After-Sales Service Policy. See the Warranty & After-Sales page for the practical process.

YARDGRID JAMAICA branding, original website text, layouts and business materials may not be copied, republished or presented as official YardGrid material without authorization.
Applicable law
Use of this website and YardGrid transactions are subject to applicable Jamaican law. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
